About the Role
Description
We are seeking Land Warfare Role Players (LWRP) to support a formal course conducting full mission profiles in both Land and Maritime environments. This is a temporary contract position aligned with the course schedule and locations throughout the year.
Details:
- LOCATION: Davis Monthan Air Force Base, AZ (South Tucson)
- DATE(S): 20 MAY
- TEAM SIZE: 10 x LWRP
- COMPENSATION: $350/Day
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Role Players primary role is to interface with the Ground Forces Commander or Government Lead Instructor in order to provide realistic role players for each scenario.
- LWRPs will act as both friendly and enemy forces during the Land FMPs or may serve as medical patients dependent on each scenario.
- LWRPs will be equipped with appropriate protective gear and will follow the guidance of the GFC to provide realistic training scenarios.
Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior service as an infantryman or combat arms military occupational skill. Basic rifle qualification from military service.
- Ability to lift and carry 200 lbs. for 400 meters nonstop.
- Must be able to ruck 6 miles with a 35 lbs. pack in less than 2 hours.
- Have knowledge and proficiency in the safe handling and use of firearms, small arms, including SIM, UTM, paintball, and blank-firing weapons, and pyrotechnics, including diversionary munitions; training hand grenades; RPG, IED, IDF, and CAS simulators; and smoke effects.
- Be comfortable wearing cultural, BLUFOR, & OPFOR attire relevant to each scenario; being physically searched; being shot with marking ammunition; being around loud noises; and receiving application of moulage.
- Must be able to swim 200 meters non-stop within 15 minutes and tread water for 5 minutes in still waters (lake, pool, pond, etc.).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Travel reimbursement is provided as detailed in each contract.
- Compensation commensurate with experience and contractual rates.
- Referral Bonuses given for other positions referred and completed.
