Job Description

  • Design and develop data pipelines in Workday Prism Analytics
  • Ingest data from multiple sources:
    • Workday data sources
    • External systems (CSV, APIs, databases)
  • Perform data transformation, cleansing, and enrichment
  • Create and manage Prism datasets and data models
  • Build reports and dashboards using Prism + Workday Reporting
  • Ensure data quality, validation, and governance
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand analytics requirements
  • Optimize data processing for performance and scalability
  • Support UAT, deployment, and post-production issues
