Position: Handyman/Maintenance

Type: Hourly, Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Compensation: $21-$23/hr + ($100 per paycheck auto allowance)

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday (7:00am-3:30pm) and occasional weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general property maintenance and repair work.
• Complete tasks such as:
• Tile work and repairs
• Stucco repairs
• Painting (interior and exterior)
• Plumbing maintenance
• Electrical maintenance
• Minor concrete work
• Rough carpentry (e.g., wall framing)
• Drywall installation, patching, and floor moulding installation
• Use own tools (drills, hand tools, etc.) to complete assigned jobs.
• Travel to various job sites within Sacramento, Fair Oaks, and Rancho Cordova areas.
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in handyman or general maintenance work.
• Responsible, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Tools required (drills, hand tools).
• Valid CA Driver’s License (required).
• Reliable transportation (pickup truck preferred).

• Ability to work in various environments, both indoors and outdoors.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, kneel, and climb ladders.
