As the Marketing Director, your ultimate responsibility is to develop relationships with prospective residents and their families, focused on education and empathy, to attract and move in new residents who are well-suited to our community.
Other primary responsibilities include
- Overall management of the prospective resident marketing pipeline and move-in process, guiding prospects and their families through their emotional journey into our community
- Develop and execute thoughtful and creative marketing strategies to target prospective residents and their families, generating new leads
- Professionally and confidently represent Tenfold and our brand to the larger community, including outreach to referral sources, medical providers, support groups and local government officials
- Collaboratively work as part of a cohesive team understand the care needs of existing residents, and help facilitate moves within the community as needed
- Periodically gather and analyze competitive market data, and advise on pricing strategy
- Manage the move-in process for all new residents, including gathering required information and forms and preparing the residency agreement and move-in signing package
- Support residents during their move-in and nesting, including facilitating introductions to key team members and resident ambassadors
- Direct and supervise all marketing activity by hiring, managing, scheduling, and mentoring compassionate and competent Marketing team members
- Educate and train all community team members on their importance to a successful marketing and move-in process
Team Leader Position
This position is a team leader (i.e., department manager) and directly supervises other team members on a
regular basis. More than half of the individual’s actual time will be devoted to administrative duties directly
related to management policies or general business operations. The individual is responsible for exercising
discretion and judgment, with authority to make decisions on matters relating to marketing. However, as in
any team, it’s imperative that this team leader fluidly communicate with other team leaders, the Resident
Services Director, and the Executive Director on all matters of importance. The responsibilities of this position
require that the individual remain accessible and on-call to address emergent issue and will be required to periodically work evenings and weekends.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in a direct-to-consumer relationship marketing role
- Experience interacting with and deeply relating to seniors
- Meets all applicable licensing and background requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
