What We’re Looking For

• Experienced Installer – Background in PPF, window tint, vinyl wrap, or detailing preferred 
• Detail-Oriented – Strong focus on precision, cleanliness, and quality

What You’ll Do

• Install Paint Protection Film (PPF) – Apply film to hoods, fenders, bumpers, and full-body applications 
• Install Window Tint – Cut and install tint to meet Volkswagen and customer standards 
• Prepare Vehicle Surfaces – Clean, prep, and ensure optimal adhesion conditions 
• Perform Quality Inspections – Identify and correct imperfections to ensure a flawless finish 
• Maintain Work Area – Keep installation space clean, organized, and efficient 
• Meet Production Goals – Complete installs on time without compromising quality

Requirements

• PPF installation (XPEL, 3M, SunTek, or similar) 
• Window tint installation (computer-cut systems preferred) 
• Automotive detailing or vehicle preparation experience 
• Dealership or high-volume shop experience
• Strong teamwork skills
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written.
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
• Must have clean & valid driver's license
