Branch Manager

Objective
Strategically support Regional Manager in expanding business profitability in an efficient manner:-
Manage agency, RHB Group, Brokers and Direct portfolio to maximize productivity,
Prudent underwriter in acceptance of new risks as according to branch limits given by HO.
Handling and settling clams within branch authority.
Expand new market share,
Arranging survey and risks management for corporate clients.
Identify market opportunities and develop structural marketing strategies,
Review product portfolio.
Responsibilities
Formulate and implement marketing strategy to maximize business potentials through Agency channel
Enhance Agency Recruitment Programme
Organize Relationship Enhancement activities
Agency portfolio segmentation
Review product portfolio
Monitor Credit Control policy
Manage Branch Operation
Oversee Sales Performance of Unit
Manpower planning for Agency unit
Ensuring Regulatory Guidelines and Company Policy are being adhered to
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in any discipline
Relevant professional qualification in insurance (preferred)
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Insurance industry
