About the Role

Description

We’re seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards through detailed inspection, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.



What You’ll Do

  • Perform first article inspections (FAIs) on new and existing products 
  • Conduct in-process and final inspections using standard measurement equipment 
  • Review complex blueprints and part assemblies to verify product conformance 
  • Collect, analyze, and report inspection data 
  • Identify and troubleshoot dimensional discrepancies 
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records 
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve inspection findings 


Pay & Schedule

  • Pay: $20-$28/hour (based on education, experience, and demonstrated skills) 
  • Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (overtime available but not required)

Requirements

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments 
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities 
  • High attention to detail with a performance-driven mindset 


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T), or willingness to learn 
  • Experience performing First Article Inspections (FAIs) 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) 
  • Familiarity with AS9102, Net-Inspect, and DISCUS systems 
  • Understanding of basic math and statistical inspection principles 
  • Experience using standard measurement equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) 
  • Experience in manufacturing, preferably in aerospace or regulated environments
