About the Role

Description

Location: Healthy Kids Programs, 2 Summit Court, Fishkill, NY 12524
Schedule: Part-time, Monday–Friday. Shifts may vary and typically fall within:

  • 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM 
  • 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM 

Specific shift assignments will depend on program needs and may change periodically.


Compensation: $18–$20/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a Registration Specialist to support our team during the busy season. This part-time role serves as a primary point of contact for new families, guiding them through the enrollment process and ensuring a seamless experience.

This is a temporary position with the potential to transition to a year-round role for a qualified candidate. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally 
  • Process registration forms, ensuring accurate billing and scheduling 
  • Follow up with prospective families to support enrollment 
  • Maintain current knowledge of required forms and documentation 
  • Track registration progress and generate reports using CRM systems 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote program offerings

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service or client support 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in data entry 
  • Effective time management and multitasking abilities 
  • Team-oriented and adaptable to shifting priorities 
  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Bilingual skills are a strong advantage
