What you'll do -

  • Help customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs and budget 
  • Deliver a first-class customer experience from start to finish 
  • Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features, technology, and benefits 
  • Build relationships that generate repeat and referral business 
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline 
  • Stay current on new Kia models, incentives, and technology 
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
