About the Role
Description
Senior Solutions Home Care is seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to provide non-medical support to seniors in their homes. In this role, you will build meaningful one-on-one relationships while helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent. This position requires fluency in both Arabic and English to effectively communicate with clients and their families.
Shift and Availability Details:
- Shifts range from 2 to 12 hours
- Opportunity to stack shifts for additional daily hours
- 24 hours per week - immediately available
Additional shifts may become available based on your availability and client needs.
Pay & Benefits
- $14 – $17 per hour

Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license or state ID
- Second form of identification for employment eligibility
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone for scheduling, time tracking, and communication
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening in accordance with company and state standards
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (required)
What You'll Do
- Provide Hands On Non-Medical Care
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Provide medication reminders
- Support mobility and safe transfers
- Assist with errands or transportation when needed
- Observe and report changes in client condition
