You’ll be the trusted on-site HR partner, keeping payroll, recruiting and compliance on track while creating a place where employees feel valued, supported, and heard.
What You’ll Own
- Be the go-to HR presence for employees and leaders
- Drive a positive, people-first workplace culture
- Manage onboarding, benefits, employee relations, and offboarding
- Process payroll accurately and on time
- Keep personnel files compliant and confidential
- Support hiring, employee relations, and performance reviews
- Partner with leadership to strengthen morale and engagement

Requirements
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred.
Licenses/Certification
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
Experience
- One year human resources and/or payroll experience required; Six months experience in a health care environment preferred.
