As our company grows and develops, we are ever expanding our teams. We have a great opportunity for a dedicated Site Support Operative to join our Infrastructure Division and wear the SOCOTEC badge with pride.

We are looking for a reliable, flexible and committed Lead Driller to join our Geotechnical team. As a member of Geotechnical, it is key that you are able to work efficiently as part of a team, as well as independently. While you may be performing the same array of tests day to day, the projects you undertake and the locations you are working from will constantly change, meaning no two days will be the same.

The tasks you will undertake will include (but are not limited to):
• Mobilisation/demobilisation
• Enabling/reinstatement works
• Gas and groundwater monitoring
• Assisting with drilling works where needed

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask
• Ability to work well under pressure with a focus on deadlines and client satisfaction
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Ability to keep accurate, legible records of tests carried out
