This role is ideal for a designer who excels in <strong>high-quality UI design, advanced prototyping, and design systems</strong>, and who actively partners with <strong>Product Owners and Development teams post-design</strong> to ensure design fidelity and consistency.</div><div>You will be responsible not only for creating intuitive and visually refined experiences but also for <strong>continuously auditing implemented designs</strong>, identifying gaps between design and development, and coordinating seamlessly to maintain design integrity across releases.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></div><div><strong>UX &amp; Product Design</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li>Lead end-to-end UX and UI design for complex digital products, from discovery and ideation to delivery and iteration.</li><li>Translate business goals, user needs, and technical constraints into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and interaction models.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and engineers to shape clear and actionable design solutions.</li><li>Work with international clients and adapt designs to global user expectations.</li></ul><div><strong>UI Design &amp; Prototyping (Strong Focus)</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li>Create <strong>high-quality, visually polished UI designs</strong> with strong attention to layout, typography, color, hierarchy, and interaction details.</li><li>Build <strong>advanced, realistic prototypes</strong> in Figma to clearly communicate interactions, transitions, and states.</li><li>Ensure designs are scalable, accessible, and consistent across platforms (web and responsive SaaS products).</li></ul><div><strong>Design Systems</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li>Work extensively with <strong>design systems</strong>, ensuring consistent application of components, patterns, and guidelines.</li><li>Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of design systems in collaboration with design and engineering teams.</li><li>Ensure scalability and reusability of UI components across products.</li></ul><div><strong>Post-Design Collaboration &amp; Design Audits</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li>Actively engage <strong>post design handoff</strong>, working closely with Product Owners and development teams during implementation.</li><li>Conduct regular <strong>design audits</strong> to identify mismatches between design and developed output.</li><li>Flag UI/UX inconsistencies, usability issues, and deviations from design standards early.</li><li>Coordinate seamlessly with engineering teams to resolve gaps and ensure high design fidelity in production.</li><li>Participate in design QA reviews before and after releases.</li></ul><div><strong>Design Leadership &amp; Collaboration</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li>Advocate for design quality, usability, and consistency across teams.</li><li>Clearly articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Promote collaboration, efficiency, and continuous improvement in design workflows.</li></ul><div><strong>Innovation &amp;
