About the Role

  • Follow all required safety and hazardous materials procedures as required by dealership policies and applicable state laws and regulations
  • Use and maintain dealership-provided tools and equipment in proper operating condition
  • Document inspection findings and maintenance recommendations
  • Proactively communicate special findings to service advisor
  • Perform quality checks on work completed
  • Collaborate and share knowledge within department
  • Report any comebacks immediately to the shop foreman and service manager
  • Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare or integrity of the dealership, its personnel or customers
  • Communicate proactively with other associates to ensure a smooth, safe flow of work through the shop
  • Replace tires for different Make and Model vehicles 
  • Install Accessory  / Upgraded Wheels and Tires
  • Replace and Register new Tire Pressure Monitor Sensors and Register
  • Clean and Maintain Tire Area
  • Remove Tires from Tire Area and store in Disposal Location
  • Opportunity to Advance 
  • Large Off Road Tire Installation
  • Other Assigned duties
  • Experience Preferred, Can Train
