Director of Fun (aka Activities Director) ??

Location: A Bridgemark Employee Services, LLC Facility Near You

Do you believe every day should include a little dancing, a lot of laughter, and maybe a spirited round of bingo? Are you part cruise director, part party planner, and part best friend? If so, you might be the missing piece to our activity dream team!

We’re looking for an Activities Director who’s ready to turn up the fun and make magic happen daily for our residents. You’ll be the mastermind behind the smiles, the laughter, and the joy that fills our halls. Confetti cannon not required... but highly encouraged.

What You’ll Be Orchestrating:

  • Plan and lead daily activities for our awesome residents and guests
  • Rally the troops—aka manage activities staff and volunteers like a true leader
  • Serve on the facility Leadership Team (because fun is a serious business!)
  • Set the gold standard for resident satisfaction, encouraging choice, engagement, and a whole lot of joy
  • Keep everything in line with regulations, including assessments, care plans, and documentation (yes, even the paperwork gets some sparkle)


Requirements

Your Resident-Happiness Resume: (aka Your Party Planner Credentials)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required 
  • Activities Certification preferred (or the willingness to become certified—don’t worry, we’ve got your back)
  • At least 1 year of experience in long-term care or a similar environment (bonus points if you've hosted a themed sock hop)
  • Leadership chops, top-notch communication skills, and a talent for organizing fun
  • A genuine love for people and passion for making every day meaningful for our residents
