A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SERVER:

Our club in Midtown, Atlanta, GA is seeking to hire a dining room Server. You quickly review the setup of your tables. Having a great eye for details, you also maintain your area, as required. You provide outstanding food and beverage service to our members and their guests. Friendly and welcoming, you provide immediate service to all who have a need.

You are careful to keep your dining room and service pantry clean and organized. Taking pride in your areas, you are conscientious about adhering to health codes and cleaning procedures as well as completing side work. You enjoy having our beautiful grounds and facilities as a backdrop for your work and get great satisfaction out of helping our members and their guests have a great dining experience!

WORK SCHEDULE:

This position requires working variable shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Our stunning property is set in an exceptional Midtown location, positioned between the Atlanta Botanical Gardens and Piedmont Park, offering a refined environment surrounded by some of the city's most iconic green spaces.    

We offer competitive pay of $18.00 to $19.00/hr, generous benefits, and perks. These include weekly pay with On-Demand Pay for emergency situations, partial employer-subsidized medical insurance premiums, paid time off accrued weekly, referral bonuses, a profit-sharing retirement plan, free parking, and a complimentary daily shift meal with beverages.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age (to serve alcohol)
• Some High School attendance; Diploma or GED preferred
• The ability to read, write and execute basic math skills
• Some comparable wait-service experience
• Strong customer service and organizational skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time 
• Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 40 lbs.

Experience in a country club environment or other hospitality-type work experiences are highly desirable, but multiple factors will be taken into consideration.
