Salary: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year.

Hartung Glass is currently seeking an experienced, energetic, and detailed Production Supervisor to join our team.

Requirements

Proven ability to Meet targets in cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and on-time performance. Our front-line leaders are on the floor 80%+ part of the time to ensure team members are achieving daily goals.

• Overseeing and managing line stops, safety violations/accidents and chronic quality defects.
• Managing department capacity and man-hours. 
• Problem resolution to facilitate faster improvements and improved working relationships. 
• Interviewing, hiring, and training direct reports; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; coaching and implementing corrective actions. 
• Managing company policies through effective communications, coaching, training, and development. 

Ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations. Qualifications include:
