What You’ll Do:
- As a Site Supervisor, you’ll play a meaningful role in providing direct programming and support services to individuals with developmental disabilities and to supervise residential staff assigned to the individual’s home.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age; High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s Degree preferred; must be able to communicate in English, including both spoke and in writing.
- Two years experience working with developmentally disabled individuals; supervisory experience preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
- First Aid, CPR - adult, child and infant; delegated nursing; valid Ohio Driver’s License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles; proof of auto insurance.
