Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Provide fast, professional, and courteous service to guests
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar and service areas
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages in a timely manner
- Ensure proper storage and handling of beverages, garnishes, and bar supplies
- Set up and close down the bar station daily
- Process orders accurately and coordinate with service staff when needed
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Check guest age where required and serve alcohol responsibly
- Contribute to a positive guest experience in line with the restaurant’s service standards
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, beach club, pool bar, hotel, or similar hospitality setting
- Good knowledge of classic cocktails, mocktails, spirits, soft drinks, and coffee service
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Well-groomed, professional, and team-oriented
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as needed
- Basic English required; additional languages are a plus

- Comfortable working outdoors in a high-volume summer operation
