Job Description:

An individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• 6S activities pre- and post-shift either manual or semi-automatic. 
• Perform processes (Final test, Assembly) and monitors (SPC, Visuals) as per spec procedures task and/or responsibility.
• Perform transaction of the details of his/her assigned station/area
• Account lot quantities and proper categorization of parts
• Be able to decide based on existing specifications and /or criteria
• Follows and complies with all normal duties and responsibilities, system procedure, flow and standard of operation

• Initiates highlighting of any issues that could affect the safety, quality and/or output during his/her shift

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Ability to multi-task while paying careful attention to detail
• Prior success working both individually and in a team environment
• Ability to follow written and verbal direction
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed work specifications
• Adaptability to frequent change and improvements
• Regular and predictable attendance is essential
• Ability to wear the required Protective Equipment
• Basic computer, math and reading comprehension skills

• College Graduate or Highschool Graduate.
• Able to handle manual work and extend up to 12 hours, 5 days per week as needed
• Can handle prolonged sitting and/or standing depending on the assigned station.
