We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, brand partnerships, and strategic collaborations for a fashion magazine. The role focuses on building relationships with fashion brands, advertisers, influencers, and event partners to monetize and scale the magazine.

Identify and approach fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands for collaborations
Secure advertising deals, sponsorships, and paid features
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and partnership terms
💰 Revenue Generation
Develop strategies to increase magazine revenue (ads, digital campaigns, events, affiliate deals)
Build long-term revenue partnerships with brands and agencies
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
📢 Market Expansion
Explore new business opportunities (events, fashion shows, pop-ups, influencer campaigns)
Expand magazine reach into new audiences and markets
Build strong industry network in fashion and media
📱 Collaboration & Growth Strategy
Work with editorial and social media teams to align brand collaborations with content
Convert editorial reach into monetization opportunities
Suggest new product/service ideas for revenue growth
📊 Reporting & Strategy
Track partnership performance and revenue metrics
Maintain pipeline of leads and business opportunities
Report growth progress to Editor-in-Chief / Founder
