Team8-Cyber AI stealth start up- Business Operations (HR/Legal)

Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a resourceful, hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and who can seamlessly move between strategic and operational work - bringing structure and ownership to everything they touch.
What You'll Do
● Work closely with Co-Founders and Management team on a wide range of projects spanning legal, HR, customers, compliance, finance, partnerships, and more - no two days look the same.
● Legal: Serve as the company's primary point of contact for all legal matters, including NDAs, client engagements, partnership agreements, and vendor contracts, and leading the partnership with our external legal consultants.
● HR: Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, build and maintain HR policies, internal documentation, and operational workflows.
● Compliance: Own and maintain internal compliance processes to ensure alignment with all relevant certification requirements.
● Finance: Oversee all finance-related activities, including payments, accounts receivable, and financial tracking and reporting, in close collaboration with Nextage's team.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Law.
● 5+ years of experience in legal, partnerships, or operations - ideally from a law firm, startup, or VC environment.
● Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
