About the Role
JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior Project Manager with specialized expertise in property management and project delivery to lead and manage high-impact projects within our portfolio. This role requires a strategic leader who can effectively oversee property-related projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and compliance with all relevant standards. The Senior Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders, managing project teams to deliver exceptional results that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of property management-related projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion within the defined scope.
- Coordinate with property management teams and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of project deliverables.
- Oversee risk management processes, identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Provide clear and timely communication to clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding project status and any changes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Property Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in project management, with extensive experience in property management project delivery.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of property management practices and regulations.
- Self starters.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and diverse teams successfully.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities.
- Good at execution and project delivery.
- Can use Aconex, revit, excel, powerpoint well.
