Sr. Financial Analyst (Remote)

In this role, you will be a pivotal member of our business operations finance team, providing essential support to senior leadership. Your insights will drive the development of financial strategies, while ensuring accurate reporting and analysis. • Develop and monitor the annual budget and monthly expense forecast for corporate functions.
• Prepare variance analysis for budget versus actual performance on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Support internal and external reporting activities, including Monthly Business Reviews and Board meetings.
• Evaluate and enhance current financial processes, implementing best practices to improve efficiency.
• Adapt to new responsibilities as needed and support ad hoc projects.
• Prepare financial models, forecasts, and analyses, as required.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to provide guidance and influence strategic decisions.

• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field; MBA or PE experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or FP&A.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and/or Workday Adaptive is a plus.
• Ability to mentor and lead team members.
• Experience working in dynamic environments and strong problem-solving skills.
