About the opportunity

An Enrolled Nurse at Mercy Health provides direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities. You play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of residents while adhering to healthcare protocols and standards

  • Deliver high-quality care to elderly residents.

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.

  • Monitor and report on residents' health and well-being.

  • Support residents with daily living activities.

What you’ll bring
You’re resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart. Most importantly, you are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centred care.

  • Current EN registration with AHPRA.

  • Experience in aged care preferred but not required.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Compassionate and patient-focused approach.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

  • A current Police Record Check
