Warehouse Associate
Location: Sutton Distribution Center (Sutton, MA)
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: $17–$20 per hour (based on experience)


About the Role
Koopman Lumber is hiring a dependable Warehouse Associate to support our Sutton Distribution Center. This is a hands-on role focused on picking, staging, and loading materials for delivery.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, safety, and teamwork are essential.


What You’ll Do
• Pick materials accurately using order slips and delivery documents
• Pull and stage orders for delivery routes
• Load trucks safely and in proper sequence
• Identify materials using SKUs and product descriptions
• Restock inventory and monitor stock levels
• Inspect materials to ensure quality before shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
• Support unloading trucks and general warehouse operations

Requirements

 

What You Bring
• Warehouse, yard, or material handling experience preferred
• Ability to read orders and match products accurately
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Reliable work ethic and strong productivity


Preferred Qualifications
• Forklift experience (or willingness to become certified)
• Experience loading trucks or staging deliveries
• Familiarity with inventory systems


Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly
• Frequent lifting, bending, walking, and carrying materials
• Comfortable working in a warehouse and outdoor environment
