Job Title: Senior Banking Project Manager – Technology Implementation 

Job Summary 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Banking Project Manager with over 10 years of proven expertise in delivering largescale technology implementation projects within the banking and financial services domain. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and endtoend ownership of complex initiatives that support business transformation, regulatory compliance, and digital modernization. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead and manage endtoend banking technology implementation projects, from initiation through delivery and postimplementation support. 

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and success metrics aligned with business and regulatory requirements. 

• Coordinate crossfunctional teams including IT, business users, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless execution. 

• Oversee system implementations such as core banking platforms, payments, channels, data, regulatory, and risk systems. 

• Manage project risks, dependencies, and issues, developing mitigation plans and driving timely resolution. 

• Ensure adherence to banking regulations, information security standards, and internal governance frameworks. 

• Communicate project status, milestones, and risks effectively to senior management and executive stakeholders. 

• Drive change management activities, including user readiness, training, and transition to operations. 

• Maintain high standards of project documentation, reporting, and audit readiness. 

Required Qualifications & Experience 

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager within the banking or financial services industry. 

• Strong track record of delivering technology implementation and transformation projects at scale. 

• Solid understanding of banking operations, regulatory environments, and technology landscapes. 

• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams. 

• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid). 

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. 

Preferred Skills & Certifications 

• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent). 

• Experience with Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe). 

• Exposure to digital banking, cloud migration, or enterprise system modernization. 

• Strong analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking abilities.
