Job Description
We are looking for a motivated UAE National to join our design consultancy as a Project Coordinator. This is more than just an admin role; it’s a hands-on opportunity to learn how world-class design projects are delivered, from initial contract to final invoice.
You will work directly with our Project Managers, gaining exposure to budget tracking, client coordination, and the inner workings of a fast-paced consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Lifeline: Support Project Managers in tracking timelines, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure every project stays on course.
- Financial Coordination: Assist with client invoicing, budget tracking, and financial reporting—learning the "business side" of design.
- Documentation: Manage critical project records, including contracts, technical submissions, and official correspondence.
- Team Hub: Organize key meetings, capture action items (minutes), and follow up with internal teams to keep the momentum going.
- Operations Support: Assist with timesheet tracking and ensure all project data entry is accurate and compliant with our internal procedures.
Qualifications
- The Right Foundation: A recent bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Architecture, or Finance.
- Tech Savvy: Strong skills in Microsoft Office—if you’re an Excel pro, you’ll thrive here.
