FM Production Team Lead

Title: Production Team Lead 

Department(s): Warehouse Gate Shop

Reports to: Production Supervisor 

Job Summary: Oversee daily routine activities performed by the Assemblers, Press Operators and Routers departments on the warehouse, maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards. 

Essential job functions:

• Coordinate assembly activities for each shift to meet the day-to-day production
• Coordinate the amount of material needed from the press area to meet the day-to-day production
• Coordinate the work orders for the routers operators to meet the day-to-day production.
• Review orders and consulting with Management to resolve production problems.
• Coordinate movement of products/ materials from departments as needed. 
• Verify material identification and condition as produced.
• Arrange for excess stock to be stored in warehouse and handles daily flow of finished products by modifying storage space assignments.
• Ensure quality checks and safety goals for all departments. 

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. 
• Bilingual (Spanish – English) - a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Teamwork and Time Management a plus
• Must be able to heavy lifting (at least 30 lbs.)
