Stage Production Manager

Description
If you’re someone who loves the intersection of ministry and production—where technical excellence meets life change—this might be the role for you.
We’re looking for a Stage Production Manager who is passionate about creating environments where people can encounter God without distraction. This role is about more than running sound or lights—it’s about building teams, developing people, and helping bring meaningful, engaging worship experiences to life at Willow North Shore.
What You’ll Do
You’ll lead and grow a thriving technical arts volunteer team, helping people discover and use their gifts while developing in their faith. From recruiting and training to coaching and empowering leaders, you’ll create a pipeline of volunteers who take ownership and serve with excellence.
You’ll also oversee all aspects of production for weekend services and special events, ensuring every detail—from audio to lighting to video—supports worship, removes distractions and follows Central Arts & Worship strategy. Your goal? Consistency, clarity, and excellence every time.
Behind the scenes, you’ll manage production systems so they’re reliable, ready, and continually evolving. Whether troubleshooting an issue or exploring new ways to enhance the experience, you’re always thinking one step ahead.
And you won’t do it alone—you’ll collaborate closely with pastors, worship leaders, and the Central Arts & Worship team to bring cohesive, impactful services to life.
What Success Looks Like
- A fully staffed, growing, and engaged volunteer production team
- Worship services that are smooth, distraction-free, and impactful
- Production systems that are reliable, maintained, and continually improving
- Strong collaboration that elevates the overall ministry experience

We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- Life insurance
- Retirement savings with company match
