AI Integration Specialist

Location: Lowell, MI or Kalamazoo, MI
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $50,000–$70,000 (based on experience)


About the Role

All Weather Seal of West Michigan is seeking an AI Integration Specialist to help modernize and optimize our technology use across the business. This role will focus on implementing, integrating, and improving AI-driven tools within our CRM and other internal systems to drive efficiency, automation, and smarter decision-making.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building, testing, and improving systems—not just maintaining them. You’ll work cross-functionally with leadership, sales, recruiting, and operations to identify opportunities where AI can eliminate manual work, improve accuracy, and increase output.


What You’ll Do

  • Integrate AI tools and automation into our CRM and internal systems 
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement AI-driven solutions 
  • Build and optimize automations for recruiting, sales, and operations processes 
  • Collaborate with department leaders to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions 
  • Manage and improve data flow between systems (CRM, ATS, marketing platforms, etc.) 
  • Test, deploy, and iterate on AI tools to ensure performance and reliability 
  • Train team members on new systems and tools to ensure adoption 
  • Stay ahead of emerging AI tools and recommend new technologies to improve operations 

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) 
  • Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, automation platforms, AI integrations, APIs, etc.) 
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and fix them 
  • Technical curiosity — ability to learn and implement new tools quickly 
  • Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, or similar) preferred 
  • Basic understanding of data structure, workflows, and system integrations 
  • Strong communication skills — able to translate technical concepts into simple terms 
  • Self-starter who can operate independently and take ownership of projects
