Description
Key Responsibilities
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with merchandise, food, and beverages
- Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items to management
- Maintain cleanliness of the store, restrooms, and surrounding property
- Perform routine maintenance tasks indoor and outdoor (trash removal, sweeping, mopping, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries
- Support team members with general store duties as needed
- Provide friendly assistance to customers when necessary
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required)
- Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform repeated bending, kneeling, twisting and overhead reaching
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Basic maintenance and cleaning skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability, including weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in intermittent temperature daily, e.g., outside by the pumps and in the cooler
