The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing our core back office processes, brainstorm/test/trial ideas, and implement solutions with our tech teams to enhance overall operations efficiency.

Job Description
Scope of the Role:
- Focus on remote countries: Data analysis of key performance indicators to identify gaps and areas for improvement
- Training needs: Identify new and realignment requirements in collaboration with the Technical Team (Apparel inspections)
- Accelerate the completion of the revamped e-learning platform and align it with inspectors’ certification via the front-end
- Work closely with the Technical Team to prioritize and organize required training sessions
- Review country-specific reports and define action plans, with priority on remote countries
- Automation of One Sliders for inspections, priority remote countries first
- ESG services: Contribute to delivering our Supply Chain Mapping and PO Traceability services
Qualifications
In order to succeed in this role, you must ideally have:
- Excellent spoken and written English; French (spoken) as an additional language is a plus.
- Last year of engineering school or a bachelor’s degree (preferred but is not a prerequisite) in mechanical, supply chain, or related major.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Data analysis experience
- Previous experience using ERP, SAAS or similar platform a plus.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Good time management, enabling you to work to tight deadlines.
