Job Description

1.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and potential prospects to ensure business growth.
2. Study and understand product catalogs thoroughly to identify and target key customers effectively.
3. Drive pipeline creation and manage leads to generate opportunities.
4. Identify, qualify, and develop opportunities to build a robust sales funnel.
5. Collaborate as a team player to ensure seamless delivery of customer commitments.
6. Prepare and submit proposals, advance sales opportunities, negotiate terms, and successfully close deals.
7. Partner with the post-sales team to ensure smooth implementation and support collections.
8. Work closely with technical and operations teams to address customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.

9. Travel required to customer sites

10. Participate in events & expos

Qualifications

1. Must be presentable and possess excellent communication skills.
2. Proficiency in local languages is advantageous, with Kannada being a must.
3. Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is required.
4. A BE/BTech degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering or a MBA or a Bachelors in management degree essential.
5. Must enjoy extensive calling, networking, and building relationships

6. Have 1- 2 years of relevant experience
