Clinical Supervisor – Crisis Services (Evenings / Overnight)

What You’ll Do
- Supervise, train, and mentor crisis line staff and volunteers.
- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations during swing or graveyard shifts.
- Provide real-time consultation and support for complex or high-risk calls.
- Partner with scheduling and leadership teams to ensure consistent 24/7 coverage.
- Monitor quality, review call data, and address community feedback.
- Build and maintain relationships with behavioral health partners statewide.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Meets Washington State Mental Health Professional requirements.
- Independent or associate clinical licensure (preferred).
- Experience working with individuals in crisis (call center or hotline experience a plus).
- Strong communication, coaching, and training skills.
- Comfort working evenings, nights, weekends, and in high-acuity situations.
- Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC) credential through the WA Department of Health required by the end of the probationary period. Applications must be submitted within 30 days of hire. Crisis Connections will reimburse the cost of obtaining the credential.
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time, onsite role in Seattle, WA
- Evening and overnight schedules available (including graveyard shifts)
- Salary range: $86,000 – $94,000 annually
