Responsibilities

  • Assisting our community management team by sending out mailers for homeowners
  • Mail sorting and distribution
  • Clerical tasks including, but not limited to scanning, filing, organizing, etc.
  • Monitoring supply inventory in the office
  • Responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 1-2 Years of experience in an administrative role
  • Extraordinary customer service skills
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • An honest, responsible, optimistic, and enjoyable demeanor
