About the Role
 

Position: Training Specialist 

Position Overview: As a Training Specialist at CLEARVIEW, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients are proficient in utilizing our products. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around developing, delivering, and managing training initiatives. This role is essential in empowering our clients and internal teams to maximize the potential of our software. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Training Material Development:
    • Create engaging and effective training materials, including user guides, tutorials, and multimedia presentations.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
    • Keep training materials up-to-date with the latest product features and updates.
  2. Training Delivery:
    • Conduct live training sessions for clients and internal staff through webinars, workshops, and on-site sessions.
    • Develop and maintain a library of recorded training sessions for on-demand access.
    • Customize training sessions based on the unique needs and skill levels of different audiences.
  3. Training Program Management:
    • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to program timelines.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback and assessment results.
    • Continuously improve training programs based on feedback and industry best practices.
  4. Internal and External Training Requests:
    • Process and prioritize internal and external requests for training.
    • Work closely with the customer support and sales teams to identify training needs and address specific client requirements.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as a Training Specialist, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in creating engaging and effective training materials.
  • Experience with virtual training platforms and tools.
  • Ability to adapt training content to different learning styles and levels.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others succeed.
  • Experience with MadCap Flare is considered an asset
  • Experience with video editing software considered an asset
  • Experience with e-learning platforms considered an asset
  • Experience with technical writing considered be an asset
