We’re opening a brand-new restaurant in Marsden Park in 2026, and we’re looking for an exceptional Assistant Restaurant Manager to help build, train and inspire the team that will bring it to life. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role where you’re not just managing a restaurant - you’re helping create one from the ground up.

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll be trusted to:

• Help build and shape a brand-new team of 100+, supporting recruitment, onboarding and training before the restaurant even opens.
• Support the full restaurant opening, including operational readiness, launch execution, and embedding GYG’s standards and culture from day one.
• Assist in running a multi-million dollar business unit, contributing to sales growth, cost management, guest experience and operational excellence.
• Be part of a fast-growing global brand that’s redefining what fast food can be with real ingredients, authentic flavours and a bold vision.
• Grow your career - this role is a launchpad into Restaurant Management, Area Management, senior leadership or even franchise ownership.
