Job Description
Sales Account Managers are responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting enterprise solutions and building strong client relationships across the UAE market.
This role sits within GCG Enterprise Solutions and focuses on selling a range of business solutions to corporate, government, and SME clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive direct B2B sales across enterprise, government, and SME clients
- Generate new business opportunities and actively acquire new clients
- Manage and grow existing accounts within the assigned territory
- Sell solutions including print (MFP, MPS, document solutions) and/or IT infrastructure solutions
- Understand client requirements and position solutions accordingly
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction
Qualifications
Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher
- 5–10+ years of B2B sales experience in the UAE
- Proven track record in enterprise / corporate sales and new business development
- Experience selling print solutions, office automation, or IT infrastructure / manage services
- Strong exposure to solution selling and handling large accounts
- Ability to independently generate leads and close deals end-to-end
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Valid UAE driving license
