About the Role

About Us

We are building an AI-driven automation engine to fix broken healthcare systems in the US. As a well-funded, stealth-stage digital health startup, we are deploying advanced technology to seamlessly connect ecosystems and eliminate the administrative friction that slows down patient care.

This is an exciting opportunity to join early and make a massive, real-world impact. We are on a mission to revolutionize the industry, and we are looking for brilliant, curious, and fun-loving builders to join our core team. If you want to create cutting-edge technology that truly matters, you belong here.

About the Role

We aren't just looking for someone to build standard bots; we need an Automation Engineer who can build the nervous system of our platform. You will design, architect, and implement high-impact automation workflows that operate flawlessly within Windows/VM environments.

Working directly alongside our product and engineering teams, you will translate complex business logic into elegant, scalable automations and integrate them seamlessly into our client-facing systems. Because you are joining at the ground floor, your architecture decisions will shape the future of our product.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

  • Architect & Build: Design and implement robust, scalable automation workflows for complex applications in Windows-based VM environments.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Partner closely with product and engineering to define automation requirements and integrate them into our core platform.
  • Ensure Reliability: Build fault-tolerant systems by implementing advanced error handling, monitoring, and logging to ensure our automations never miss a beat.
  • Drive Immediate Impact: Deliver fast, high-value automation solutions that directly improve the healthcare ecosystem from day one.

What We’re Looking For

  • RPA Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with top-tier RPA tools (UiPath is strongly preferred).
  • Windows Automation Mastery: Proven track record of automating complex, repetitive application tasks within Windows environments.
  • Technical Agility: You are a fast learner and a natural problem solver who can quickly master new domains, legacy systems, and technical constraints.
  • Coding Chops: Strong scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a massive advantage.
  • Startup DNA: You are proactive, highly detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment.

Why Join us?

  • Ground-Floor Opportunity: Join the core technical team of a highly ambitious, stealth-stage startup backed by top-tier venture capital.
  • Radical Ownership: Own and deliver end-to-end automation solutions from your very first week.
  • Meaningful Mission: Directly improves the digital health landscape.
  • Accelerated Growth: A high-velocity environment where your career trajectory scales with the company.
