REM is looking for a Construction Superintendent to join the team.

Benefits:

Duties:

• Oversee multiple project plans and schedules.
• Remain compliant with OSHA safety standards and state construction regulations.
• Act as liaison between subcontractors, suppliers, and owners.
• Routinely update the project manager on job progress.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work independently and as a team.
• Attention to detail
• Ability to effectively communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and owners.
• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the day.
• Ability to bend, reach, squat, and kneel.
• Ability to lift and/or pull objects up to 100 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
