Lion Real Estate Group is a prominent real estate investment firm with offices in Nashville (HQ) and Los Angeles, founded in 2007. The firm focuses on acquisitions of value-add multifamily communities in the Sun Belt and Southeast markets. Lion's vertically integrated team allows us to create superior risk-adjusted returns for our investors through renovation, repositioning, better management, and optimum capitalization of our projects. Historically, the firm has transacted on over $2.8 billion across 15,000 multifamily units since its inception. Lion currently owns and operates approximately 7,000 units in conjunction with 500+ limited partners. Lion’s Co-Founders (Jeff Weller/Mory Barak) have been involved in various real estate disciplines including acquisition, development, leasing, brokerage, and finance for over 25 years. Our team comes from top firms in the real estate industry, and we can move quickly by having full discretion on investments and preferred borrower status with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
