Lot Attendant / Porter (Entry-Level)

El Paso, TX | Sales Department

Fox Toyota of El Paso is looking for a Lot Attendant / Porter to join our sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, being outdoors, and working around vehicles. No prior dealership experience is required—we’re happy to train the right candidate.

This role plays an important part in keeping our vehicle inventory organized, clean, and customer-ready.

What You’ll Do

• Keep new and used vehicle inventory organized and properly parked
• Ensure the car lot and showroom are clean, safe, and presentable
• Clean and prepare new vehicle deliveries according to dealership standards
• Install plate frames and inserts on vehicles as needed
• Perform plate changes for new vehicles and properly remove plates from trade-ins
• Assist with moving vehicles throughout the lot and showroom
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety, state, and dealership guidelines
• Support the sales team with additional tasks as needed

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to work outdoors and in a physical role
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn dealership procedures
• Automotive or dealership experience is not required

Schedule & Environment

• Full-time position
• Daytime schedule with Saturday availability
• Outdoor lot and indoor showroom environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
