About the Role

Company Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Area Manager to join our team and drive growth within our largest revenue-generating area and across some of the most prestigious sites in Metropolitan Pub Co (part of Greene King).

This role will focus on a portfolio of exceptional, high-complexity and premium hospitality venues with strong food and drink credentials. This area consists of 14 pubs, split across the City and North London.

This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced operator to lead this best-in-class group of renowned pubs representing the pinnacle of hospitality. These include iconic venues like the New Moon in Leadenhall Market, the Kings Stores near Liverpool Street, and the Maynard in Crouch End. These pubs, along with eleven other exceptional locations, set the standard for excellence in the industry and you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a legacy of unparalleled service and culinary success within this esteemed group.

Qualifications

As an Area Manager, you will lead and nurture the teams within your area, helping them achieve their full potential by adopting a high trust/high challenge approach. You will drive your business by coming up with innovative ideas, taking calculated risks, and making the necessary adjustments to serve the needs of your guests – all whilst keeping in mind our Premium Venture values and our goal of ‘continuously elevating the art of the pub’.
