We are seeking a Test Operator (D-Shift) to join our team and support critical manufacturing operations. In this role, you will operate and maintain Fab and Test equipment to ensure smooth flat panel processing and consistent production performance.
Key responsibilities include processing production and engineering lots, gathering and documenting data, and verifying equipment performance and qualifications. This position is based in a cleanroom environment and requires strict adherence to cleanroom gowning procedures and protocols. You will also work with hazardous chemicals, following all safety guidelines and wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).

InnovaFlex is a nontraditional-semiconductor designer and manufacturer that has capabilities to create a variety of electronics on both glass and flexible substrates. Major Responsibilities:
• Operate various types of flat panel equipment, ensuring proper use of PPE
• Move WIP (work in process) through the production line to meet production targets and objectives
• Track data to Statistical Process Control (SPC) standards and maintain tool qualifications
• Train and certify to, and maintain, various FAB and test operations based on shift needs
• Work with and collaborate with Process and Maintenance Engineers to address product development, process issues, and suggestions
• Understand and execute to process engineering issues and directives
• Work effectively in a clean room environment, wearing your PPE
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures and promptly report hazards, unsafe conditions, incidents, or injuries
• Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned, based on business needs
Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
- 1 – 5 years Semiconductor / Flat Panel experience preferred
- Previous experience in fab operations or clean room environment preferred

Compensation:

- Hourly Wage: $20.00-$21.50, plus 15% shift differential
- Annual Bonus: 10% (prorated based on DOH)

Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols required
- Ability to work effectively in a team required
- Ability to follow written and oral directions in a high-tech manufacturing environment required
- Possess computer skills and competency in MS office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred
- Willingness to learn, improve and adapt when working under time constraints, production and/or quality issues required
Working Environment:
- Fab – Cleanroom: 100% of job
- Working around hazardous chemicals that require the use of proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Other:
- Ability to understand and execute directives from Management and Engineering teams
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment
- Ability to work in and enforce established company safety guidelines / Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Compressed Schedule:
- Shift D: 7:00pm-7:30am Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, plus every other Saturday 7:00pm-2:30am
- Additional hours as needed to support business needs and meet deadlines
