What This Role Involves


Our Finance Managers focus on customer delivery, product presentation, and contract completion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Presenting and selling finance protection products such as Vehicle Service Contracts, GAP, Tire & Wheel Protection, and Maintenance Plans
  • Using our Tekion digital menu system to clearly present product options and benefits to customers
  • Completing all vehicle delivery paperwork and documentation
  • Processing eContracts through RouteOne and working with lenders to finalize transactions
  • Ensuring deals are funded properly and efficiently
  • Handling product cancellations and administrative follow-up when necessary
  • Providing a professional and transparent customer delivery experience

What We Look For

  • Automotive Experience Preferred: Prior dealership finance or automotive sales experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong Product Sales Skills: Ability to confidently present and explain protection products that benefit customers.

  • Attention to Detail: Accurate paperwork, compliance, and contract processing are essential.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using tools like Tekion and RouteOne to complete transactions efficiently.
  • Positive Team Player: Work closely with sales staff and management to ensure a smooth delivery process.
