Job Description

Houseperson

You are the backbone of our housekeeping team! As a Houseperson, you will support our housekeeping attendants and ensure our hotel runs smoothly behind the scenes. Your efforts help create a clean, organised, and welcoming environment for our guests.

What you will be doing:

  • Assisting the Housekeeping team by delivering linen, cleaning supplies, and amenities to guest rooms and back-of-house areas.
  • Supporting the uniform room and laundry operations as assigned.
  • Helping maintain the cleanliness and organisation of public areas and storage spaces.
  • Handling guest items with care and ensuring privacy is always respected.
  • Working as part of a fun, diverse team to provide an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is a plus!
  • Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming.
  • And eye for detail and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management.
