Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Health & Benefits team at Mercer. This role will be based in Taiwan (Taipei). This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We are looking for someone with 2+ years of experience to own employee health solutions and deliver real client impact. This hands-on role blends strategy, operations, and client-facing consulting - perfect for fast career growth in benefits.

We will count on you to:

  • Identify growth opportunities within Health clients and partner with CRMs to pitch tailored consulting solutions.
  • Lead benefits program implementation, ensure smooth launch and act as the main client contact for enquiries and employee questions.
  • Prepare renewal proposals, quantitative analyses, and year-end review presentations; manage digital administration (Excel, reports, dashboards), contracts, invoices, and ad-hoc analyses.
  • Recommend benefit optimizations by understanding market trends, vendor capabilities, and healthcare cost drivers.
  • Support new-solution development and go-to market efforts with cross-functional teams and vendors.
