We back our products up with professional aftermarket services including on-site service from our 55 fully-stocked service vans and a parts department that can provide parts for all makes and models of equipment whether OEM, aftermarket, refurbished or re-manufactured parts. Our 100 plus technicians are factory-trained to service your equipment professionally, promptly and correctly, improving the productivity of your operation by minimizing down-time. We round out our offering with forklift operator training that focuses on training forklift operators to operate equipment safely and productively, improving the safety and bottom-line performance.

Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain forklift equipment at customer sites and in the shop
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative service inspections
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through reliable service
- Document service work accurately and completely
- Maintain and manage service tools and equipment
- Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
- Work independently while coordinating with the service team as needed

- Complete repairs accurately and efficiently
- Maintain high levels of first-time fix success
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service that strengthens customer relationships
- Maintain accurate and timely service documentation

Background & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in forklift, heavy equipment, or similar field
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
- Experience with electrical and hydraulic systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license
