Automotive Sales Consultant – Hyundai | Consistent Income, High Volume
$54K – $79K | Uncapped Commission | Paid Training


Larson Hyundai is hiring Sales Consultants for a busy, high-volume store with strong demand and consistent traffic.

What You Can Expect

  • Uncapped Commission: Opportunity to grow beyond as you build your business 
  • Commission Plan:
    • 30% commission with a $200 minimum per unit (after pack), up to $4,000+ per unit
    • $500 minimum commission when 10 sales are reached in a month (retroactive to unit one)
    • Additional spiffs and bonuses available
  • Consistent Volume: Hyundai’s lineup creates steady customer demand 
  • Leads + Traffic: Internet leads and showroom opportunities provided 
  • Paid Training: Learn the process if you’re new to automotive

  What the Job Looks Like

  • Work with walk-in and internet customers daily 
  • Follow up consistently (calls, texts, emails) 
  • Help customers find the right vehicle and guide them through the process 
  • Manage your pipeline and stay organized in CRM 
  • Be available evenings and weekends

Sales or customer service experience is a plus—but not required.

Requirements

 

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
  • Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
  • Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
  • Effective communication skills 
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Basic mathematical aptitude
  • Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
  • Clean driving record with valid driver license.
  • Willing to submit to a background check & drug screening.
